 Special events

During the course of the year, TennisLink offers a number of special events for our TennisLink family and friends. These inlcude the now traditional spring-time dinner at Alfio's, the post-Challenge Doubles evenings, the year-end Awards Party or the fabled Boot Camps.
We also organize other events on an ad-hoc basis and will announce them on our homepage or via our Yahoo group.




TennisLink Dinner: Our annual TennisLink Dinner is held at Alfio's Restaurant. We share stories, good food and wine, and enjoy en evening with our friends and family of TennisLink. Oh, even marriages have resulted from this venerable annual TennisLink dinners.

Boot Camp: On some days, when the weather is gorgeous and the schedule permits, we take a full day excusion with our bikes and tennis gear. Tough, memorable Boot Camps.

Challenge Doubles: Our friends-only Challenge Doubles are held more or less biweekly and are played on some of D.C.'s best clay courts. During the winter months, we might move the event indoors. Please note that this is a fun event by invitation only and not intended as a commercial venture.
